Position: Store Manager

? Location: Bangalore(Electronic City(Neeladri Road),Kanakapura Road(Nearby Vajarahalli Metro Station), Jayanagar and RR Nagar)

? Salary: Up to ₹40,000 Take Home + PF and ESI + Incentive

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations

• Lead, train, and manage the store team

• Achieve sales and store performance targets

• Ensure excellent customer service

• Monitor stock, inventory, and store replenishment

• Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation

• Handle staff scheduling and daily task allocation

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store

• Monitor sales, inventory, and operational reports

? Eligibility:

✅ 2+ Years of Experience

✅ Experience as Store Manager / Department Manager / Floor Manager

✅ Retail or apparel industry experience preferred

✅ Robust team-handling and customer-service skills
