We are looking for a polite, presentable, and customer-focused Steward to provide excellent service to guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Follow food safety and service standards.
- Assist with billing and payment collection, if required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous and efficient service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous experience as a Steward or in hotel/restaurant service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and skilled attitude.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
- Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene standards.
