Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result-orientated digital marketing specialist with proven experience in the real estate sector, particularly in generating quality leads for residential plots, land, and real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms to generate qualified leads, site visits, and potential property buyers.

1. Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Lead Generation

- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects, residential plots, and land.
- Generate high-quality leads from genuine property buyers and investors.
- Develop targeted campaigns based on location, audience demographics, interests, and investment potential.

1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
2.

- Create, manage, and optimise campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality while controlling cost per lead (CPL).

1. Creative Strategy & Content Coordination

- Plan effective ad creatives, promotional offers, videos, reels, and landing pages for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams to develop high-converting advertisements.
- Understand real estate buyer psychology and create campaigns that encourage enquiries and site visits.

Lead Tracking & Performance Analysis

- Track leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Integrate lead forms with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other lead management tools.
- Analyse campaign reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

1. Lead Quality & Sales Coordination

- Work closely with the sales and telecalling teams to evaluate lead quality and conversion performance.
- Identify reasons for poor-quality leads and implement corrective measures.
- Optimise campaigns based on actual sales outcomes and site visit conversions.
- Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in real estate digital marketing and property lead generation.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads for plots, land, residential projects, or property investments.
- Positive understanding of real estate buyer targeting, local markets, and property investment audiences.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise advertising budgets for better results.
- Candidates with experience limited to general social media posting or boosting posts will not be preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified real estate leads generated.
- Cost per qualified lead (CPQL).
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Lead-to-site-visit conversion rate.
- Site visit-to-booking conversion rate.
- Overall advertising ROI and campaign performance.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of landing pages, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and the Conversions API.
- Experience with CRM integration and automated lead management.
