Your main role will be to connect with potential clients, explain visa processes (Study/Work/Visitor), and book appointments for our counselors.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and explain visa services
- Follow-up with interested candidates
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM
- Schedule walk-ins or online consultations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and target-driven
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus
