- Receive and inspect stock for quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of stock received and issued.
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Issue materials to kitchen and other departments as per approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors, Purchase, and Operations teams.
- Minimize stock wastage and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass; relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, or F&B; stores is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
- Valuable organizational skills, attention to detail, and honesty.
