Ghost Kitchens India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations at our Ahmedabad outlet.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries, billing, and invoicing.
- Manage cash, UPI, card, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash, vendor payments, and expense records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with outlet operations, vendors, and the Finance team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounting data migration from Tally to Zoho Books, including data verification and reconciliation.





? What We’re Looking For✅ Good knowledge of accounting principles.

✅ Working knowledge of Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books.

✅ Good understanding of MS Excel.

✅ Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and sales entries.

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

✅ Positive communication and coordination skills.

✅ Experience in F&B;, QSR, restaurants, or retail accounting will be an advantage.
