We are looking for a dedicated Transplant Coordinator to coordinate heart, liver, kidney, and other organ transplant procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating with doctors, surgeons, patients, donors, and their families; managing pre- and post-transplant documentation and follow-ups; and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and transplant regulations. Healthcare experience and robust communication and coordination skills are preferred.
