Job Description for Experience Application Counsellor: Hajeri application = attendance management system
Role Overview:
We are looking for an empathetic, convincing, and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will reach out to parents whose children attend partner coaching classes, colleges, or hostels, as well as parents who express interest through our digital campaigns. Your mission is to understand their safety concerns and show them how HAJERI brings complete peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Pitching:
- Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to verified parent leads.
- Conduct structured, empathetic phone presentations explaining HAJERI's core features (real-time attendance, secure transit alerts, hostel check-ins, and student stress monitoring).
2. Consultative Selling & Objection Handling:
- Reframe location and attendance tracking as a "Care & Safety Net" (not surveillance).
- Address parent questions about cost, app usage, and privacy with confidence and clarity.
3. Lead Management & Conversions:
- Convert warm leads into paid annual subscriptions (Target: 4–6 sales per day).
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with on-fence parents within 24–48 hours.
4. CRM Hygiene & Reporting:
- Maintain 100% accurate call logs, status tags, and customer notes in the CRM system before wrapping up the shift.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for smooth customer onboarding.
5. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications :
- Language Mastery (Mandatory): Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is required to build instant trust with parents across Maharashtra. Working knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, outbound customer outreach.
- Experience in sales/marketing in EdTech sales will have an edge.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional listening ability, warmth, tone control, and persuasive phone presence.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Graduate degree.
- Tech Comfort: Basic knowledge of operating smartphone apps, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Own Smart Phone is a must.
