- Manage and supervise security guards across client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure discipline, grooming, and attendance.
- Handle guard absenteeism, replacements, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve complaints.
- Monitor site operations and submit daily reports.
- Support recruitment, verification, and guard deployment.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in security services.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of security operations and manpower management.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
