Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach schools, preschools, colleges, and other educational institutions to generate recent business opportunities.

• Conduct regular visits to schools and meet school management, principals, administrators, and procurement teams.

• Present CampuSmart Solutions’ products and services to prospective clients.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Prepare quotations, coordinate product samples, and follow up on pending proposals.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Promote the company’s products and services through field marketing, telephone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers within the education sector.

• Research schools, understand their procurement requirements, and identify opportunities for collaboration.





• Support the preparation and distribution of company brochures, product catalogues, and marketing materials.

• Assist in promotional campaigns and other sales and marketing initiatives.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Understand the specific requirements of schools and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to provide quotations, samples, and product information.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely communication.

• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.

4. Sales Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain records of leads, school visits, customer interactions, quotations, and sales orders.

• Prepare regular sales reports and update the customer database.

• Track follow-ups, pending orders, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to support smooth order fulfilment
