The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Selection: Post job vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, documentation, offer letters, and appointment letters.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance records, track leaves, and prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Payroll Coordination: Coordinate salary processing, incentives, deductions, and payroll-related documentation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, HR databases, and confidential records.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, employee feedback, and probation reviews.
- HR Policies & Compliance:



Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee activities, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Exit Formalities: Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full-and-final settlement documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
