Role Summary

You will be responsible for running the studio end-to-end — managing store operations, leading client consultations, and driving sales conversions across couture, pret, and bespoke orders. This is a client-facing luxury role combining hands-on styling with ownership of studio operations and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

- Oversee daily studio operations, presentation, and brand standards
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and order tracking
- Coordinate with production/design teams on order timelines and delivery
- Ensure smooth scheduling of client appointments, trials, and fittings
- Maintain records for sales, enquiries, and client documentation

Client & Sales

- Lead client consultations for couture, pret, and bespoke orders
- Understand client needs and recommend styles aligned with the brand
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed orders
- Capture client requirements accurately and ensure order documentation is complete
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Oversee trials, fittings, and the final delivery experience




- Track sales performance against targets and report to leadership
