Job Summary We are looking for a technically proficient and result-oriented Operations Lead to manage and coordinate projects related to Lightning Protection Systems, System Earthing, and MAP (Mechanical Project). The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in electrical engineering, project coordination, and site operations. Key Responsibilities  Manage and coordinate projects related to Lightning Protection Systems and Earthing Systems.  Oversee MAP (Mechanical Project) activities and ensure smooth project execution.  Coordinate with clients, project teams, vendors, and site personnel.  Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and execution standards.  Conduct site visits and provide technical support wherever required.  Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and project specifications.  Prepare project reports, monitor deliverables,



and provide regular updates to management.  Travel to project sites across Maharashtra and Gujarat as required. Qualifications & Requirements  B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.  Technical knowledge of Lightning Protection Systems and Earthing Systems.  Understanding of mechanical project execution and coordination.  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.  Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
