Your role
You will coordinate with property owners over phone and WhatsApp to complete and maintain their property listings on our platform. This is a desk job with a fixed salary – no field work, no sales targets, no commission.
What you will do
- Call property owners and complete their property listing on our system
- Collect property photos and basic details on WhatsApp
- Follow up with owners periodically to keep listings updated
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the company CRM
- Meet weekly listing targets
Who should apply
- 1–3 years in telecalling, customer onboarding or CRM – real estate or proptech background preferred
- Fluent Hindi and English on the phone; any regional language is a plus
- Comfortable with 30–40 calls a day plus WhatsApp follow-ups
- Disciplined with CRM and follow-ups
- Polite, patient and organised
Salary & growth
- ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month fixed, based on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus
- Salary review after 3-month probation
