Job OverviewSri Laxmi Narshimha Cargo is looking for a responsible and proactive Field Officer to manage packing staff, coordinate dispatch vehicles, and supervise deliveries to government schools, colleges, and hostels across Telangana.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with workers, drivers, office staff, and government officials to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth field operations within the approved budget.

This role requires extensive travel across districts and mandals in Telangana, including temporary stays at assigned locations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise packing staff and allocate daily work according to dispatch schedules.
- Verify product quality, quantity, sizes, packing, and destination labels before dispatch.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with drivers and transporters.
- Monitor loading, unloading, transportation, and delivery activities.
- Plan delivery routes, staff deployment, and vehicle movements to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with government officials, school and college authorities, and hostel staff for deliveries and receipt of goods.
- Ensure delivery challans, packing lists, and other documents are accurate and complete.
- Collect signed and stamped delivery acknowledgements from authorised officials.
- Manage labour, transportation,



travel, accommodation, and other operational expenses within the approved budget.
- Work collaboratively with field teams, drivers, packing staff, and office personnel.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate important matters to management.
- Provide daily updates on packing progress, vehicle movements, completed deliveries, and pending tasks.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, vehicle trips, delivery documents, and expenses.
- Submit delivery acknowledgements, bills, and supporting documents to the office on time.
- Travel and stay across Telangana as required by company assignments.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; diploma or graduation preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or field operations preferred.
- Experience handling packing workers, drivers, and transporters.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with government officials and institutional staff.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Basic smartphone skills for navigation, reporting, and document sharing.
- Ability to manage expenses, maintain records, and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Teamwork, accountability, and a willingness to travel extensively across Telangana.
- Valid driving licence required if driving is part of the assigned duties.
