We are looking for an experienced chef/cook to join our cloud kitchen and help develop and prepare authentic veg and non-veg dishes. A tiffin master/south indian breakfast expert who can easily make Idly, Vada, Dosa, Poori, Bonda, Parotta, Chutnies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve recipes based on customer feedback.
- Maintain hygiene, food quality and portion consistency.
- Handle daily kitchen preperation and cooking.
- Help with ingredient preperation and basic kitchen inventory.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a restaurant , cloud kitchen or commercial kitchen
- Solid knowledge on north and south indian cooking
- Ability to maintain consistant taste across batches
- Hygiene consious and responsible
