We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery at customer locations. The candidate should have positive technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Install, commission, and service equipment/machinery at client locations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical/electrical issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.

Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.

Explain equipment operation and maintenance procedures to customers.

Coordinate with the internal technical and support teams when required.

Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Travel to customer sites as required for service and maintenance work.
