About the Role We are looking for an energetic and articulate Relationship Manager -Sales , to join our Real Estate team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our property buyers from booking through to possession. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional ownership experience, minimize cancellations, and drive customer referrals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle (welcome calls, booking documentation, agreement signing, demand notes, and possession updates).
- Handle customer queries, construction updates, and site visits, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and zero escalation.
- Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, CRM/Accounts, Legal, and Site Project Teams—to ensure seamless resolution of client issues.
- Drive customer retention strategies to keep cancellation rates low and build brand loyalty.
- Identify satisfied clients to generate qualified organic referrals and repeat bookings.
- Maintain complete records, tracking communication logs and status updates using CRM tools and Excel.
- Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience in Customer Relationship Management / Post-Sales within Real Estate or high-ticket consumer sales.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills (knowledge of the local language is a strong plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experienced with CRM software.
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
