Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and assist customers with product-related queries.
- Support sales activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain sales records and prepare basic reports.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock availability across marketplaces.
- Help achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
