We are looking for a target-oriented Loan Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting loan products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, references, and other sales channels.
Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and other financial products.
Contact potential customers and explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and terms.
Follow up with customers to convert leads into successful loan applications.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain customer relationships and provide regular updates on application status.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales or financial product sales or Credit Card Sales
Positive communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
