1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration equipment.
2. Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
3. Monitor and maintain HVAC, DG sets, UPS, electrical panels, and lighting systems.
4. Carry out routine inspections of store facilities and equipment.
5. Ensure proper functioning of refrigeration equipment, cold rooms, and freezers.
6. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports.
7. Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and AMC services.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
9. Monitor utility consumption and report abnormalities.
10. Support store operations during audits and statutory inspections.
