POSITION OVERVIEW

Finexperts is looking for Female Telecallers / Personal Loan Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their personal loan requirements, explaining suitable loan options from multiple banking partners, following up on leads and converting eligible prospects into successful loan applications.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding personal loan products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and identify suitable loan options.
- Explain personal loan products, features and applicable processes clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into successful applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for application processing and closure.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on customer and application status.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Female candidates only.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication.
- Comfortable making outbound/high-volume customer calls.
- Valuable convincing, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Willingness to learn personal loan products and banking processes.
- Positive attitude and consistent approach towards achieving targets.
- Willing to work from office on a daily basis.
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office regularly.

Preferred

- Knowledge of Telugu and/or Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, personal loans, insurance or similar sales roles will be an advantage.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.

Typical Incentive for High Performers: ₹2,000–₹3,000 per month.

Earning Potential: Higher earnings are possible for consistent performers based on the applicable incentive structure.
