- Key ResponsibilitiesClean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Make beds and replace linen, towels, toiletries, and guest supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Collect waste and dispose of it safely.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety instructions.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards promptly.
- Record and hand over lost property according to hotel procedures.
- Respond politely to guest requests while respecting privacy and room-access procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and keep storage areas and housekeeping trolleys organised.
- Coordinate with reception and the housekeeping supervisor to prepare rooms on time.
