We are hiring Relationship Managers for the Bancassurance channel. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting life insurance sales, managing bank partner relationships, handling customers, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive life insurance sales through bank partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and branch teams.
- Support customers with life insurance products, policy details, and application processes.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with bank partners to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow insurance guidelines and company policies.
- Required Candidate ProfileAny Bachelor's Degree.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Solid communication, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with bank partners and achieve sales targets.
