About the RoleWhackk is a sports bag brand looking for a creative, hands-on digital marketer to manage social media, digital advertising, website customer support, and telephonic B2B sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate posts, reels, stories, banners, and product creatives using Canva/Photoshop.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Write captions, plan content calendars, and increase engagement.
- Handle SEO, keyword research, product titles, meta tags, and website optimisation.
- Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations across India.
- Assist website customers with product queries, orders, and issues via calls and chat.
- Generate leads and close B2B sales through phone calls only; no field visits.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports,



and coordinate brand collaborations.
- Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop, basic video editing, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Shopify knowledge and influencer marketing experience are advantages.
- Good spoken and written English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
