We are looking for motivated and technically inclined candidates to join our team as Field Installation Engineers. The selected candidates will be responsible for in office installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical equipment and systems at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation and setup of technical equipment and devices at customer sites. • Assist with the installation and deployment of IoT devices, networking equipment, and automation systems.
- Perform basic testing, configuration, and commissioning of installed systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team to resolve installation-related problems.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers on system usage.
- Maintain installation reports, service records, and checklists.
- Provide post-installation support and assist with maintenance activities.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during fieldwork.
