Experience Required : 1-3 years in operations, logistics, e-commerce, supply chain or a similar role

Job Description

- Follow up with vendors every day on order status, and escalate delays
- Keep a shipment tracker up to date: PO, stage, expected date, delays
- Track Amazon FBA and offline store shipments, and flag deadlines early
- Alert the team when stock is approaching reorder levels
- Check reported dispatch and delivery numbers against Shiprocket and marketplace dashboards, and flag mismatches
- Send short, clear daily updates, reporting only what needs attention

What we’re looking for

- Strong in Google Sheets or Excel (filters, formulas, basic tracking sheets)
- Clear written English and Hindi, especially WhatsApp and email
- Reliable follow-through:



does what they said they’d do, without being reminded
- Comfortable at a desk, with a lot of calls and follow-ups

Positive to have

- Experience with freight forwarders, couriers or customs paperwork
- Experience with Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub
- Background in D2C, e-commerce or quick commerce operations
