Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Team Leader to manage a team of collection executives, achieve collection targets, monitor team performance, and ensure effective customer handling.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the collection team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily collection performance and team productivity.
- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve collection-related issues.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Track team attendance, punctuality,



and daily work reports.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and qualified collection practices.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Required SkillsGood communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
