iring: Field Sales Executive – Business Loan (DSA Vertical)
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive Business Loan sales through the DSA channel.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business loan leads through DSAs and channel partners.
- Onboard current DSAs and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Source business loan applications from self-employed customers and business owners.
- Conduct field visits and expand the sourcing network.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Loans, SME/MSME Loans, NBFC sales, or DSA sales preferred.
- Strong field sales and relationship management skills.
- Good local market knowledge and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary: Fixed pay + incentives
