Eligibility

- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems is an added advantage.

- Assist in solar panel installation and commissioning.
- Learn solar system assembly, including mounting structures, panels, inverters, and electrical accessories.
- Assist in assembling solar kits and related components.
- Learn basic electrical wiring, ACDB/DCDB connections, and cable installation under supervision.
- Support solar system testing and troubleshooting.
- Assist in solar system design and technical quotations.

- Training Period: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month during training.
- After Training: Up to ₹15,000 per month based on performance.
- Future Growth: Salary up to ₹25,000 per month based on performance and role requirements.
