Job Description – Collection Telecaller

Designation: Collection Executive / Collection Telecaller

Job Location: A-60, Sector 2, Noida (Near Sector 15 Metro Station)

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.

- Follow up with customers for payment commitments.

- Explain payment details and due amounts professionally.

- Maintain daily calling records and update customer information.

- Achieve daily calling and collection targets.

- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Customer support or telecalling experience will be an advantage.

- Willingness to work in a target-based setting.

Salary: Rs 13,000 - Rs 17,000 + Attractive Incentives

Working Conditions: Work from office (WFO).

Interview: Interested candidates can visit our office for an interview.

Note: Collection experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to selected candidates.
