Job Responsibilities

Manage and guide the telecalling team.

Monitor daily calls, follow-ups and team performance.

Achieve monthly targets with the team.

Train team members and improve calling quality.

Prepare daily performance reports.

Handle customer queries and support team members.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales or team handling.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Target-oriented and responsible attitude.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Ability to motivate and manage team members.

What We Offer

Fixed salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
