We are looking for enthusiastic Educational Counsellors to guide students in choosing suitable courses and colleges based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with students and parents through calls and messages.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update follow-up details.
- Coordinate with colleges and the internal team regarding admissions.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work towards targets and maintain follow-ups.
Salary: ₹18,000 per month for full-time roles, plus incentives. Part-time compensation will be as per company policy.
