We are looking for a Pump Assembly Technician to assemble hydraulic pumps and related components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble hydraulic pumps and components as per work instructions.
- Fit pistons, shafts, seals, bearings, valves, and other pump parts.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools.
- Perform visual inspection and basic functional testing of assembled pumps.
- Identify assembly defects, leakage, and component mismatches.
- Maintain quality standards and follow production targets.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps and components is an advantage.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
