- Who we're looking for
- Must have
- Fluent Kannada and working Hindi
- Telecalling, customer support or recruitment calling experience
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, a CRM and Google Sheets
- Patient, polite and persistent on follow-ups
- Have a laptop
- Valuable to have
- Tamil or Telugu
- Experience hiring blue-collar or domestic staff
