- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential leads through calls, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and explain the institute's IT training programs and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads into admissions.
- Maintain and update lead information, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and customers.




- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Skills & RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Confidence in making calls and interacting with prospective customers.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong interest in sales and business development.
