Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

⏰ Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

? Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 In-Hand

? PF/ESI: No deductions

? Experience: 6+ Years (Relevant HR experience mandatory)

KRA -

1. End-to-end recruitment & hiring – major responsibility

2. Employee onboarding & induction

3. Employee management, attendance & leave handling

4. HR documentation and employee records

5. Payroll coordination and salary-related activities

6. Employee engagement and grievance handling

7. Implement HR policies, rules & processes

8. Coordinate directly with management and execute day-to-day HR operations

Requirements -

1. Minimum 6+ Months of qualified HR experience; internship experience will not be considered.

2. BBA/MBA in HR preferred.

3. HRMS/HR certification is an added advantage.

4. Strong communication, coordination and people-management skills.

5. Should be capable of independently handling overall HR operations.
