We are seeking a strategic, highly driven Jewellery Cluster Manager to oversee the sales, operations, and profitability of a designated cluster of showrooms (typically 3 to 6 retail outlets). Direct, relevant experience within the luxury Jewellery retail industry is strictly mandatory for this position. In this multi-unit leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining pristine brand standards, managing high-value inventory health, and mentoring Store Managers. Because this role requires an immediate, sophisticated understanding of precious metal markets, security risks, and regional buying trends, candidates without a proven track record in multi-unit Jewellery management will not be considered.
