Job Title: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, results-oriented Social Media Executive to grow our brands through engaging content, social media marketing, and performance campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on video shooting and editing skills, with a strong command of Kannada and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals, product launches, and promotions.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and ad content in Kannada and English.
- Shoot and edit product videos, promotional videos, and brand storytelling content.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance to improve reach, enquiries, conversions, and return on ad spend.
- Contribute to brand strategy, positioning, and consistent messaging across digital channels.
- Respond to comments and enquiries, engage with followers, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Track social media trends, competitor activity,



and audience insights.
- Prepare performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of social media marketing and performance marketing.
- Hands-on skills in video shooting, video editing, and content creation.
- Robust spoken and written Kannada and English, with the ability to write original, engaging content in both languages.
- Understanding of brand strategy, audience targeting, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple brand accounts, meet deadlines, and take ownership of execution.
- A creative approach supported by analytical skills and attention to detail.
