Job DescriptionIkamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a motivated and target-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements and hiring criteria from clients or reporting managers.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.
- Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- EligibilityEducation: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
