? Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.

- Source and screen candidates through Apna, Naukri, and other job portals.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

- Conduct initial screening calls and follow up with candidates.

- Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.

- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements.

? Required Skills:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Ability to identify and source suitable candidates.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

? Qualification: Graduate in any stream; HR-related qualifications are preferred.
