Job Description Quess is looking for highly motivated and target-oriented Field Recruiters to join our recruitment team. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to achieve daily recruitment targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct field recruitment activities to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for available positions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Required Skills1–3 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet daily targets.
- Strong candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
