• Computer hardware installation & troubleshooting

• Maintain desktops, laptops, printers & IT peripherals

• LAN/WAN network setup & support

• Router, switch, WiFi installation & configuration

• OS installation (Windows/MAC / Linux) & software support

• Basic server & email configuration support

? Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in hardware & networking

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

• Ability to repair/replace hardware components

• Router/switch configuration experience

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science preferred

• Certification (CCNA / A+ / N+) is an added advantage

* Design and deploy network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems

* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

* Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks

* Implement network security measures and access controls

* Perform system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates

* Collaborate with IT teams to support servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity initiatives

* Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures

* Ensure network availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness

* Analyze traffic and optimize network performance

* Support users and resolve escalated technical issues

* Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs

* Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies

* Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network security practices

* Understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

* Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
