Job Description – CNC Operator / Setter / Programmer

Location: Oragadam, Chengalpattu, Sriperumbathur, Mahendracity

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 1–5 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Operate CNC,Vertical Lathe, CNC Turning and VMC machines.
- Work on 3-Axis and 5-Axis VMC machines.
- Load and unload metal components and set jobs properly.
- Set cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures and machine offsets.
- Read engineering drawings and understand component measurements.
- Prepare, load, edit and run CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code.
- Perform CNC programming and make corrections when required.
- Select cutting tools and adjust speed, feed and cutting depth.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
