Topee is a Bangalore brand that provides non-surgical hair systems for men, with private studios at Old Airport Road and Bellandur.

Role:

- Call and WhatsApp warm inbound leads from our ads (no cold calling)
- Understand each client’s needs and book them for a free studio consultation
- Follow up to make sure booked clients show up
- Keep lead status and call notes updated in our CRM/Google Sheets

Requirements:

- 1+ year in telesales, inside sales or customer support
- Fluent in English plus Kannada or Hindi (both is a plus)
- Calm, polite and comfortable talking about a sensitive topic with empathy
- Organised with follow-ups; basic smartphone and computer skills
