We are urgently hiring an experienced Senior Barista with expertise in specialty coffee, espresso preparation, latte art, and café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quality coffee and specialty beverages.
- Maintain beverage quality and excellent customer service.
- Train and mentor junior baristas.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, procurement, and cost control.
- Maintain coffee equipment, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Support daily café operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Experience in team leadership, inventory management, and café operations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
