Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand the company's customer base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing sales enquiries, promoting our products, and converting leads into business.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a business-development mindset, and an interest in B2B sales and technology products.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Identify and approach potential B2B customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate recent leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Promote RFID cards, NFC cards, RFID tags,



inlay sheets, smart wristbands, and customized card solutions.
- Connect with corporate clients, hotels, event companies, manufacturers, distributors, system integrators, and other relevant businesses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Marketing & Lead Generation

- Support digital marketing and promotional activities across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms.
- Research target industries, potential clients, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct B2B outreach campaigns to generate qualified enquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare product presentations, catalogues, quotations, and marketing materials.
- Explore opportunities to expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets.
