- Job Description Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printing machines and related equipment.
- Provide in office technical support and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing of machines.
- Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide customers on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.
- Maintain service reports and records of customer visits.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel across Bihar and Jharkhand as required for customer service visits.
- Eligibility CriteriaDiploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred.
