Job Summary:

Star Health Insurance is looking for motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join its sales team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate sales through outbound calling.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote health insurance products.
- Explain policy features, perks, coverage, and premium details to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update calling details in the system.
- Resolve basic customer queries and guide customers through the policy purchase process.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

- Eligibility Criteria




- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales preferred.
- Education: Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills.
- Skills: Convincing ability, customer handling, and target achievement.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
