We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused candidates to join Snabbit as Lead Generation Executives / Telecallers.
The role involves making outbound calls, speaking with potential customers or candidates, understanding their requirements, generating and qualifying leads, and coordinating with the internal team for further follow-up.
? Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers/prospects.
Explain Snabbit's services and engage with interested prospects.
Generate, identify, and qualify potential leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain and update lead details and call records.
Follow up with interested leads regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams and hand over qualified leads.
Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain valuable communication and professional interaction with prospects.
✅ Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
Basic English and/or Kannada communication is preferred.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
